Damaged Items
Damaged items should be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will always replace or credit your account for damaged or missing items. You must keep packaging for 48 hours after reporting damage so that we can enter a claim with UPS. Customer should not be responsible for shipping if item is damaged during delivery.

General Returns
Should you wish to return an item that is not damaged, please contact us in advance of shipping the item. In general, an item must be returned within 30 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once an order is placed we will start picking and packing. Once our warehouse team have started packing an order it may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Wrong/Missing Items Shipped
If you didn't receive all of your items or if the wrong item was shipped, please contact us at We'll immediatley correct the issue at no cost to customer.
